SUMMARY:KIIT International Model United Nations 2022
DESCRIPTION:KIIT International Model United Nations or KIITMUN is regarded as one of the largest and most prominent  United Nations simulations in Asia and is administered by KIIT University. Since its inception in 2013\, through sheer commitment and drive\, the event has crossed new horizons and strives to reach new heights each year. Even amidst the pandemic\, the Secretariat of KIITMUN continued to welcome the delegations impressively and successfully conducted two successive conferences thus giving rise to a new era of MUN\, KIIT e MUN and proved to be effective in overcoming the various challenges that have been thrown its way. \nAs we recover from the effects of an unprecedented event\, KIITMUN 2022 strives to be even bigger and more magnificent than its previous editions\, thus packing a terrific combination of learning\, diplomatic discussion\, and debate. This year’s conference brings to the table 15 committees addressing various concerning and pressing issues of the world and a plethora of fresh ideas and new perspectives from the finest delegates\, to the most brilliant Executive Board the MUN circuit has to offer. We strongly stand by our motto for this year i.e. Literate to Liberate as we believe in the strength and beauty of information and discussion that cause change and inspire millions to indulge in diplomatic dialogue. Along with emphasizing peace and advancing diplomacy\, KIIT International MUN also supports the socialization component from the perspective of the individual through live performances\, stand-up comedy\, and social dinners\, thus serving as a stage for various comedians like Bishwa Kalyan Rath\, Kenny Sebastian\, Rahul Subramanian\, Abish Mathew in the previous offline and Gaurav Kapoor and Rahul Dua for star nights in the online editions. This year too\, we look forward to hosting yet another eminent artist who will live up to the expectations. KIIT International Model UN has successfully tailored to diplomacy and fun of the contestants alike and has played such a vital role in bringing about a renaissance in the Model United Nations sphere. The 10th edition of KIITMUN not only strives to overcome a new set of challenges but also seeks to live up to the glorious legacy of KIITMUN and add another chapter in its remarkable history.
