DESCRIPTION:The School of Applied Sciences\, in a pioneering collaboration with Orissa Chemical Society (OCS)\, is delighted to announce the “3rd OCS-ONE DAY EXTENDED LECTURE SERIES 2023.” This esteemed event\, centred on the theme “Research in Frontier Areas of Chemical Science and Technology\,” is set to take place at the vibrant campus of KIIT – DU. \nThis year’s lecture series holds special significance as it marks the birth centenary year of the revered Prof. Mahendra Kumar Rout\, a foundational chemist of Odisha. His invaluable contributions have significantly advanced the realm of chemistry research in the region\, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity in the field of chemical sciences. \nThe event will feature an array of eminent speakers from various prestigious institutions\, offering insightful discussions and groundbreaking perspectives in chemical science and technology.
