Over the years\, different development policies and programmes have brought a significant change in the life and the livelihoods of people in rural India. However\, the rural-urban divide in socio-economic conditions of people has been increasingly noticed. Interventions in rural contexts are still lacking innovation and collaboration. Adaptation of technology\, improvement of skill matching to the need of the emerging market and cost-effectiveness in managing credit continue to be the grey areas in rural India. The main aim of this international conference is to bring researchers from all the esteemed institutes of the World. Along with researchers the professionals and executives from energy sector\, manufacturing industries\, electrical power companies are invited to share ideas and information pertaining to recent development area of Power Electronics and Energy. \nREGISTRATIONRegistration for the conference is allowed only for the members of the Association. Non-members can also participate in the conference by becoming an annual member/life member of the association. There should be maximum five to six keywords. Article file format should be MS Word with font size 12 point. The length of the  paper should not exceed 4\,000 words. All Tables and Figures must be properly labeled and consecutively numbered. They shall be placed in main text body\, place where it belongs\, sources must be specified as footnote to table/figure\, APA citation style must be followed for reference. All correspondence will be addressed to the first author only papers will undergo a Double Blind Review Process and will be evaluated on different parameters like originality\, Relevance\, Applicability and Contribution to Findings.
