SUMMARY:11th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON LIFE SKILLS EDUCATION -ICLSE 2026
DESCRIPTION:BACKDROP\nThe world today is navigating an era of profound transformation\, accelerated by climate crises\, global conflicts\, digital disruptions\, social fragmentation\, and widening inequalities. At this critical juncture\, education beyond 2030 must be reimagined not merely as a tool for employability but as a public good that fosters ethical leadership\, peaceful coexistence\, and planetary wellbeing. The evolving landscape compels us to shift from a narrow perspective of academic success toward a broader vision of human flourishing- one where life skills are seen as foundational competencies for meaningful and just participation in society. \nAs we confront the realities of misinformation\, surveillance\, displacement\, and identity polarisation\, the relevance of life skills has never been greater. These cross-cutting capabilities empower individuals to manage complexity\, make responsible decisions\, and build inclusive relationships – all of which are vital to nurturing democratic values and social cohesion. A rights-based\, holistic approach to life skills education positions learners not only as beneficiaries but also as active agents of change who can uphold human dignity and challenge systemic injustices in both global and local contexts. \nABOUT THE CONFERENCE\nThis conference offers a dynamic platform to explore how life skills education can become a cornerstone of equitable\, inclusive\, and sustainable societies. Bringing together life skills professionals from diverse domains\, the event will open space for deep dialogue\, policy reflection\, and practice-based innovation. We invite you to join this collective endeavour — to reimagine educational systems as transformative spaces that equip learners not only to survive the future\, but to shape it with courage\, compassion\, and conviction. \nSTRUCTURE OF THE CONFERENCE\nThe inaugural session\, Panel discussions\, Symposia\, Thematic sessions (in both face-to-face and online modes)\, Plenary Sessions\, NGO Conclave\, Think Tank\, Round Table\, Teen Talk\, Invited Lectures\, Master Classes\, Breakout Sessions\, Spotlight sessions\, and the Valedictory session are planned over three days. \nThe conference\, which will be held in hybrid mode (in-person and online)\, is expected to cater to over 300 delegates from India and abroad. \nBrochure

SUMMARY:16th National Marketing Konclave Marketing Multiverse: Tech\, Truth\, and the Future of Brands
DESCRIPTION:Introduction\n\nThe 16th National Marketing Conclave\, hosted by the KIT School of Management (KSOM)\, arrives at a pivotal moment for the marketing profession. As artificial intelligence reshapes operations and society demands ethical\, sustainable\, and inclusive practices\, marketers face a complex new reality. The conclave’s theme\, Marketing Multiverse: Tech\, Truth\, and the Future of Brands\, captures the challenge of mastering both technological innovation and human connection.\n\n\n\n\n\nThe transformation is profound. A 2025 PwC report shows 78% of Chief Marketing Officers plan to integrate generative Al into their business models. HubSpot’s State of Marketing Report 2025 reveals that 92% of marketers already feel Al’s impact\, citing efficiency and campaign effectiveness. Meanwhile\, DataReportal reports that global social media users reached 5.31 billion in April 2025\, nearly 65% of the world’s population. \nYet this Al-driven landscape exposes a paradox. Technology offers scale and personalization but cannot create trust-the foundation of loyalty. Edelman’s 2025 survey highlights that 81% of consumers view trust as central to purchase decisions. Algorithms may generate content\, but irony\, cultural nuance\, and lived experiences remain uniquely human\, underscoring the marketer’s task of blending automation with authenticity. \nTo address this intersection of technology and truth\, the conclave will host 15 workshops across three tracks: \n\nSustainable Development Goals and Responsible Branding: Exploring consumer demand for ethical practices\, with Nielsen reporting 66% of global shoppers willing to pay more for sustainable brands.\nPractice-Oriented Skills for Emerging Marketers: Covering vertical video storytelling\, brand community-building on platforms like Reddit and Discord\, and the craft of micro-content creation.\nCutting-Edge Academic Insights: Presenting research on consumer psychology\, behavioral science-driven pricing\, and cognitive biases shaping brand perception.\n\nToday’s consumers are not passive recipients but active co-creators. Peer review platforms and social media feedback loops have created a transparent ecosystem where brands are constantly evaluated. \nThe traditional funnel is replaced by fragmented\, multi-touchpoint journeys that demand holistic strategies combining empathy\, data analytics\, and ethics. \nThe modern marketer’s role now extends beyond creativity and strategy to require data fluency\, agility\, and moral clarity. The 16th National Marketing Conclave is designed to nurture this integrated mindset. \nBy convening leaders\, practitioners\, and academics\, it seeks to inspire marketers to not only adapt to change but to lead it with purpose. In doing so\, marketing can evolve into a discipline that is intelligent and immersive\, yet also inclusive\, intentional\, and impactful. \n\n\n\nPosterBrochure

SUMMARY:6th National Rural Management Conclave
DESCRIPTION:Context\nOver the years\, various development strategies and programs have been playing a crucial role in transforming the lives and livelihoods of rural communities in India. However\, a noticeable socioeconomic gap persists between rural and urban population. Rural development interventions often face hurdles in terms of adapting technologies\, lack of effective collaborations\, uncertainty\, risk and limited institutional support. Challenges of aligning skills with emerging market demands\, and ensuring cost-effective livelihood solutions remain inadequately addressed. It grooms rural development professionals through its flagship programs\, i.e. MBA in Rural Management and MBA in Agri-Business Management. KSRM has been organising annual national level Rural Management Conclaves since 2019. The overall objective of the conclave is to bring the leaders from development and business sectors to a common platform and discourse on various challenges and way forward. This year\, the following two themes are identified for dialogue: ‘Innovations\, technology adaptations\, risk management and accountability in sustainable development Initiatives’; and ‘Human resources (HR) in effective corporate social responsibility (CSR) and rural transformation’. \n Download Brochure Register now for quizwizPoster

SUMMARY:KSOM Finance Conclave 2025
DESCRIPTION:Building a Resilient Financial Ecosystem for Viksit Bharat @2047\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAs India moves toward the milestone of Viksit Bharat @2047\, our financial system must not only scale—it must evolve. For industry leaders\, this is a pivotal moment. The task at hand is not just about adapting to change\, but actively shaping the architecture of a resilient\, inclusive\, and future-ready financial ecosystem. Resilience today is multi-dimensional. \nIt includes the ability to not only absorb shocks — economic\, geopolitical\, or environmental\, but also to pivot swiftly in response to technological disruption\, changing customer expectations\, and regulatory transitions. From credit delivery to capital markets\, from digital payments to green finance\, every node of the financial value chain must be reimagined with agility and trust at its core. \nFor those at the helm of financial institutions\, fintech ventures\, and corporates\, the responsibility is twofold: to drive innovation and to ensure that this innovation translates into meaningful impact across segments. Whether it’s democratizing credit for MSMEs\, enhancing access for underserved communities\, or ensuring ESG goals are embedded in financial decision-making—your leadership will define the direction we take. This transformation demands collaboration—between regulators and innovators\, policymakers and practitioners\, academia and industry. It calls for expanding financial literacy\, strengthening digital infrastructure\, and fostering trust in institutions. It means ensuring that small businesses\, women entrepreneurs\, and marginal farmers are not just included in the financial narrative but are empowered through it. However\, the transformation cannot be left to policy alone. It requires industry stewardship—bold thinking backed by ethical grounding\, competitive excellence paired with collaborative intent. India’s vast and diverse landscape demands models that are scalable yet sensitive to local realities. \nThis conclave offers a platform to reflect on this shared responsibility. It is an invitation to discuss and co-create solutions that are not only commercially sustainable but also nationally significant. Together\, we have the opportunity to turn the vision of Viksit Bharat into a lived reality—where finance empowers lives\, enables growth\, and endures the tests of time.
