I am glad to inform you that the 13^th Annual Convocation of KIIT University for all the graduating students in the Academic Session 2016-17 will be held on 11^th of November 2017 at 10.00am in the University campus. I extend to you our most cordial invitation to attend the convocation and advice to receive your degree in person.

To confirm your participation, please register online through kiit.ac.in  (http://convocation.kiit.ac.in/convo/) by 31^st of October, 2017. In this connection I believe that you have cleared all your dues to the University.  Please submit the Registration fees of Rs.1000/- online or send the demand draft along with the Registration Form to the address given below:

A full scale rehearsal of the function will be held on 10^th of November 2017 at 3.30 pm. I wish to emphasize the participation in the rehearsal and registration within the due date is mandatory for receiving the degree in person.
