- Login in KIIT SAP Portal
- Click on TAB “Convocation Booking“
- Click on the checkbox to confirm the Booking Process and press the Submit Button.
We will be happy to see you all physically.
Fee Payment
- Login in KIIT SAP Portal
- Click on Tab “Student self-service (Branch Name)”.
- Click on Button Student Self Service.
- Click on Fees Details.
- Click on View Outstanding Details to see the Fees Details.
- Click on Payment Gateway to pay the fees / or you can pay from KIIT Website

It’s that time of the year when your hard work and dedication culminates in receiving a degree, and a world of possibilities opens up for you. As you stroll through the campus, memories come flooding back, and you can’t help but wonder what the future holds. You promise to stay connected with your friends and carry with you the memories of all the talks, chats, fights, classrooms, teachers, friends, victories, matches, losses, and stories that you’ve experienced during your time here at KIIT Deemed to be University.
We understand your excitement to know the dates for the 21st Convocation, and we’re thrilled to announce that the ceremony will take place on the 26th September 2025 to 28th September 2025. This is a momentous occasion, and we want to celebrate your achievements. We also understand that this is a bittersweet moment, as we will miss you dearly as you move on to the next phase of your life. But remember, once a KIITian, always a KIITian.

Dear Graduands,
I am glad to inform you that the 21st Annual Convocation of Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Deemed to be University for the graduating students of the 2025 batch will be held on 26th September 2025 to 28th September 2025 in the University Campus.
I extend to you our most cordial invitation to attend the convocation by completing the following formalities.
- Do online registration through link: https://kiitportal.kiituniversity.net/irj/portal/ by paying Rs. 1500/= (one thousand five hundred only) towards registration and Alumni Life Membership fee from 26th September 2025 to 28th September 2025.
- Registration is mandatory to participate in the convocation.
- Last date of Registration is 02nd September, 2025
- Please ensure to clear all outstanding dues (if any) before the registration.
- A full scale rehearsal will be held on 25th September, 26th September & 27th September ( As per separately program wise) at 3:00pm, where participation is mandatory for all the registered students.

- Registration opens from 16th August, 2025 to 7th September, 2025
- The registered students will receive the following certificates on the day of Convocation.
- Alumni Life Membership Card (on the day of rehearsal) (https://alumni.kiit.ac.in/page/Life-Membership-Card-Benefits.dz)
- Degree Certificate – on the day of Convocation
- Final Grade Report(FGR) – on the day of rehearsal
- College Leaving Certificate – on the day of rehearsal
- Conduct Certificate – on the day of rehearsal
- Migration Certificate – on the day of rehearsal
