We offer comprehensive training for placements, focusing on aptitude and soft skills, and also prepare students for higher studies such as MBA and GRE. Additionally, we provide training for banking exams, CSAT, and PSU tests. Our team consists of highly experienced trainers with over a decade of expertise. Placement Training
With Companies these days looking at students who are employable, they increasingly tend to focus on the students conceptual clarity,reasoning skills, aptitude, attitude and more importantly their ability to face the interview with diligence and confidence. Placement training tends to bridge that gap by honing up their skills through a rigorous class schedule in their semesters, regular tests to assess their performance, Group Discussion and Personal Interviews to make them industry ready.
The placement training at KIIT is facilitated by KIIT-Kareer School. The purpose of the placement training is to give the students right knowledge, skill and aptitude and meet the manpower requirements of the Industry.
Placement training at KIIT offers a customized and exhaustive Placement Trainingmodule for B.Tech, MCA, MBA, LAW and students of other constituent schools of KIIT to tackle the selection procedures of different Corporate Players. The industry is always on the lookout for students who are vibrant, energetic individuals and ready to accept challenges, attentive, a good academic background, fast learners, open to learning even at work and more importantly, good communication skills.
The placement training module includes the regular classes starting from the pre-final year of all the schools and company specific training in the final year just before the start of the campus recruitment drives.The regular training includes the areas on Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Technical Training on basic IT and Soft skills.
