SCHOOL OF AEROSPACE ENGINEERING
The School of Aerospace Engineering is amongst the top rated departments at KIIT University leading in students placements, achievements, research projects, collaborations, technology incubation and entrepreneurship. The school houses four different streams, i.e. Aerospace, Aerospace Automobile. The undergraduate courses are designed keeping in view the evolution, and requirements of the industry. The school is also among the top few schools in India that attracts meritorious students from all over the world. The students, here get a platform to showcase their talents to a global audience, with foreign student exchange programs and internships. The school currently offers an optional open elective, honours as well as minor courses based on credit system for those interested in interdisciplinary programs. BACHELOR’S DEGREE
- Aerospace Engineering
Duration: 4 Years
For B.Tech(4 Years):
Candidates applying for B.Tech(4 Years) Course should fulfill the following criteria.
- Candidates should pass 10+2 examination to become eligible for B.Tech (4 Years) course of the University.
- Should have studied in regular full time formal education in their schooling/college.
- Pass in 10 +2 or its equivalent with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together.
For B.Tech.-LE (3 years):
Pass in three years diploma course in Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from State Council of Technical Education of any state. The diploma holders should have completed the 3 years diploma course in the subjects Aerospace Engg /Automobile Engg /Production Engg /Mechatronics/Aeronautical Engg.
