A simple process through KIIT SAP.
Registration is mandatory for students who wish to participate physically in the 22nd Annual Convocation.
Login to SAP
Login to the KIIT SAP Portal using your existing student credentials.
Convocation Booking
After login, select the tab labelled “Convocation Booking”.
Confirm Booking
Select the confirmation checkbox and press Submit to complete the booking process.
Complete Payment
Clear outstanding dues, if any, and complete the required payment through Student Self Service.
Payment through Student Self Service
Once logged in to KIIT SAP, follow this path to view outstanding fees and complete payment through the Payment Gateway.
Complete your registration on time.
Please clear all outstanding University dues, if applicable, before completing your Convocation registration.

Convocation schedule.
The 22nd Annual Convocation will be conducted over three days, with schools grouped according to the schedule below.

Important instructions for graduating students participating in the 22nd Annual Convocation.
Dear Graduands,
I am glad to inform you that the 22nd Annual Convocation of Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Deemed to be University for graduating students of the 2026 batch will be held from 03 October to 05 October 2026 at the University Campus.
I extend to you our most cordial invitation to attend the Convocation by completing the required formalities.
- Complete online registration through the KIIT SAP Portal.
- A fee of ₹1,500 is payable towards registration and Alumni Life Membership.
- Registration is mandatory for participation in the Convocation.
- The last date for registration is 10 September 2026.
- Please ensure that all outstanding University dues, if any, are cleared before registration.
- Full-scale rehearsals will be held programme-wise on 02, 03 and 04 October 2026 at 3:00 PM. Participation in the rehearsal is mandatory for registered students.
