International Conference on Communication, Circuits, and Systems (iC3S 2020) will be held from 16th October 2020 to 18th October 2020. It aims to bring together academicians, scientists, industry professionals, scholars, and students together to exchange research outcomes and open up new horizons in the areas of signal processing, communications, and devices. The conference covers extensive research domains and promises to provide opportunities to foster further research relationships between universities and industry, for the exchange of ideas and facilitate collaboration. The plenary talks by eminent persona from the length and breadth of technology aims to be revealing and deliver quantifiable knowledge on research opportunities in newfound domains.

IC³S 2020 encourages original and unpublished work from authors addressing state-of-the-art research, describing originality, and research contribution in the form of results, tables, figures, and references. The timely submitted full papers will be evaluated by the committee for its originality, technical strength, scientific contribution and subject to the regular peer-review process. Acceptance notification of papers will be communicated to authors by email. The authors have to submit final camera-ready papers within the deadline after corrections. The proceedings of IC3S 2020 will be indexed in ISI Proceedings, EI-Compendex, SCOPUS, MetaPress, Web of Science and Springerlink All submissions are handled through the Easychair.

Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences, the first tribal Deemed to Be University in India which started with 125 poor tribal children in 1993, in a rented house at Bhubaneswar. A sister concern of Kalinga Institute of Information Technology (KIIT), Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) with more than 27,000 children and 62 indigenous tribes of Odisha, has been a home for over 37,000 students. KISS is a free of cost, fully residential educational institute, exclusively for penurious tribal children. It is a center of learning for the underprivileged section of the society, with the philosophy of ‘Art Of Giving’. UNESCO, UNICEF, UNFPA, as well as the US Federal Government have associated themselves with KISS for several initiatives and programs that have been undertaken by the institute.
