Workshop Topic : Advanced Characterisation Technique

About the Workshop

The basic objective of this workshop is to provide an early research exposure to MSc students of Physics & Chemistry and offer an overview of advanced spectroscopic, electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction methods and their applications through invited lectures, and live demonstrations (virtual) by experts from academic institutions, and industries. The workshop will help the students to familiarize with high end research instruments and their usage including data collection and analysis thus developing general research skills that would be useful in both industry and academia. Registration for the workshop (for a limited number of MSc/PhD students) can be made by visiting the link and is on a first- come, first-served basis. E-certificates will be provided to external students who attend all the sessions, subject to successful completion of the course.

About School of Applied Sciences (SAS)
