The 34 th Federation Cup Volleyball (Men & Women) Championship 2021-22 will be held at KIIT University from 15 th – 21 st February 2022. In the Men’s Category a total of 9 teams (Haryana, Assam, Kerala, Railways, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Services, Rajasthan & Odisha and in Women’s Category a total of 5 teams (Kerala, Railways, West Bengal, Himachal Pradesh & Odisha ) will be participating in this prestigious championship. The list of requirements given here under is for your kind cooperation of all concerned, for the smooth conduct of event.
List of Requirements:-
1. Date of the event – 15 th – 21 st February 2022.
2. Field of Play – Biju Patnaik Indoor Stadium, Campus 13
3. No of Players & Officials – 300 Approximately (210 Male & 90 Female)
4. Players & Officials Accommodation – 14 th to 22 nd February 2022 Players & Support Staff (Male) – Kings Palace 15, Campus 12 Players & Support Staff (Female) – Queens Castle 4 VIPs – KIIT Tower & Villas
5. Food for Players & Officials – At accommodation venue.
6. Medical – 1 Ambulance & driver with First Aid & Pharmacist on match days.
7. Transportation – 3 Busses & 3 nos Innova from 14 th – 22 nd February 2022.
8. Electricity – Power supply & back up for live telecast, cables, extension cords, Sound System at Field of Play.
9. ICT – WIFI & 1 LAN Connection at VFI Camp Office, 2 nos of LAN Connection for live telecast & 1 technician at Biju Patnaik Indoor Stadium, Campus 13.
10. Security – 1 security personnel at Indoor Stadium back side gate.
11. Housekeeping – Personnel to be deputed at Accommodation, Dining & Field of Play.
12. Others – Opening/Closing Ceremony, Flex & Banner, etc.
