ORGANISATION OF SPORTS EVENTS
The 2 nd Sub-Junior & Junior National Yogasana Sports Championship 2021-22 under the aegis of National Yogasana Sports Federation will be jointly organized by Yogasana Sports Association of Odisha, Department of Sports & Youth Services, Govt. of Odisha and KIIT – Deemed to be University at Biju Patnaik Indoor Stadium, KIIT Campus 13 from 11 th – 13 th November 2021. The List of requirements given here under is for information and cooperation of all concerned, for thev smooth conduct of event.
2 nd Sub-Junior & Junior National Yogasana Sports Championship 2021-22
List of Requirements:-
1. Date of the event – 11 th – 13 th November 2021.
2. Field of Play – Biju Patnaik Indoor Stadium, KIIT Campus 13.
3. No of Players & Officials – 600 Approximately (350 Male & 250 Female).
4. Players & Officials Accommodation – From 09 th – 15 th November 2021
Players & support staff (Male) – Kings Palace 12, Campus 8
Players & support staff (Female) – Queens Castle 4, Campus 3
Officials (Male) – Kings Palace 14, Campus 12
Officials (Female) – Queens Castle 4, Campus 3
VIPs – KIIT Residency
5. Food for Players & Officials – By KIIT Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. at accommodation venue.
6. Medical – 1 Ambulance with driver on match days.
7. Transportation – 6 Busses from 09 th – 15 th November 2021.
8. ICT – WIFI at Camp Office, Biju Patnaik Indoor Stadium, Campus 13.
9. Security – 2nos of Security personnel to be deputed at Field of Play.
10. Electricity – Power Backup & 1 electrician to be deputed for the championship at Play
Venue.
11. Housekeeping – Personnel to be deputed at Accommodation, Dining & Play Venue etc.
