For the 1 st time Odisha is hosting an International Badminton Tournament “Odisha Open 2022 (BWF Super 100 Tournament)” Organized by Badminton World Federation (BWF), Badminton Association of India (BAI) & Odisha State Badminton Association (OSBA) in collaboration with Department of Sports & Youth Services (DSYS), Govt. of Odisha & KIIT – Deemed to be University will be held at JN Indoor Stadium, Cuttack from 25 th – 30 th January 2022. The accommodation and practice of the players will be at KIIT premises. The list of requirements given here under is for your kind cooperation of all concerned, for the smooth conduct of event. List of Requirements:-
1. Date of the Event – 25 th to 30 th January 2022.
2. Field Of Play – Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium, Cuttack.
3. Practice Venue – KIIT Sports Complex, Campus 12 & Biju Patnaik Indoor Stadium, Campus 13 from 23 rd – 30 th Jan 2022.
4. No of Players & Officials – 300 nos.
5. Players & Officials Accommodation & Food – At KIIT Guest House from 22 nd – 31 st January 2022.
6. Sanitization – Proper sanitization of practice venues as per Covid guidelines & Installation of Sanitizers.
7. Security – Adequate Security personnel to be deputed at Practice Venues.
8. Housekeeping – Adequate Personnel (Male & Female) to be deputed at each Practice Venue in two shifts (06AM – 09PM) from 23 rd – 30th Jan 2022 and Cleaning to be maintained as per KIIT Standards.
9. Others – Flex & Banners, etc.
