KIIT Scholarships Schemes

Various types of Scholarships have been instituted by the University for encouraging meritorious students. The quantum of scholarship and period of scholarship is subject to change from time to time.

Different scholarships, stipends and fee relaxations are available in KIIT Deemed University.

Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFW) For BPL Card Holder

Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFW) For BPL Card Holder Seats up to maximum 5 percent of sanctioned intake B.Tech course shall be available under Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFW). These seats shall be supernumerary in nature. The waiver is limited to the tuition fee. All other Fees except tuition fees will have to be paid by the beneficiary.

KIITEE Merit Scholarship

KIITEE MERIT SCHOLARSHIP KIIT provides free education to the topper of KIITEE2025 (Only for B.Tech. (4 years) if admitted at KIIT. In addition to this, KIIT provides scholarship to top 1000 rank holders of KIITEE 2025 (B.Tech. – 4 years) during his/her study period at KIIT subject to fulfilment of criteria. (i.e. Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics taken together 60%)

Teaching Assistantship

KIIT has launched a living learning Programme for M. Tech students. This innovative programme has been initiated to benefit the postgraduate students, who wish to supplement their income while being a student and gain experience in teaching/research. Number of such awards is flexible and vested with the management of KIIT University.

KIIT International Scholarship

2 students and 10 students from each country are provided with Full and Half tuition fee waivers respectively. 100 scholarships are available. For more details visit international.kiit.ac.in

KIIT Merit Scholarship

KIIT Merit Scholarship is provided to the University Toppers of each semester based on (CGPA) for six months.

Prakriti Lamsal Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship will be awarded to meritorious girl students from Nepal studying at KIIT.

Contingency Fund

A contingency fund of 50000 INR is available for both full-time PhD and M. Tech students.

PhD Scholarship

KIIT Deemed to be University provides a full-time PhD scholarship of 20000 INR per month.

Stipends

  1. Doctor of Medicine and Master of Surgery are 1st year : Rs. 70,000/- (Per Month)., 2nd Year : Rs. 72,000/- (Per Month), 3rd Year : Rs. 75,000/- (Per Month)

  2. Master of Dental Surgery is Rs. 49000, 51000 and 53000 INR for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year respectively for each month.

  3. Master of Chirurgiae /Doctorate of Medicine is 58000, 60000 , 62000 INR per month.
