2025 Highlights
- Overall campus placement conversion considering all schools (KSOT, KSOM, KSRM, KSBT & KSOL) was around 92.50%. Over 757 companies visited during KIIT’s Campus Placements Program – 2025 Graduated Batch for around 5000 eligible students, and approximately 4621 offers were generated.
- KIIT School of Technology (KSOT): 3800+ job offers were made by 451 companies to date, with an average CTC of 8.50 LPA (739 plus students bagged multiple offers). Out of these, approximately 1500+ were “Dream Offers”. 269 companies offered CTC of 5.00 LPA plus, wherein 59 companies offered CTC of 10.00 LPA. The highest offers (530) was made by TCS, followed by Wipro (342). The highest CTC (51.00 LPA) was offered by Microsoft. Additionally, 1209 paid internship opportunities were generated.
- KIIT School of Management (KSOM): Around 161 companies visited for placements for MBA graduates, and in total, around 401 offers were generated. The highest CTC of 20.00 LPA was offered by Quinbay Technology. The average CTC was 7.25 LPA.
- KIIT School of Rural Management (KSRM): In total, 51 companies visited for the batch size of 152 students, and the highest package offered was 20.71 LPA by ETG. The average CTC was 5.75 LPA. Noteworthy that the School achieved a 100% record placement conversion, like all previous years.
- KIIT School of Bio-Technology (KSBT): The School recorded 85% placement with a substantial proportion of students opting for higher studies, like previous years. Additionally, 42 companies participated in the campus placement program, and the highest CTC was 8.00 LPA by HighRadius.
- KIIT School of Law (KSOL): Over 52 firms and companies across India participated in the campus program. Notable law firms such as Wadia Ghandy & Co., Athena Law, Tax Exceller, and corporates like DWF Legal operations, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd., CLATapult, GEP Solutions, Mahindra Finance and many more visited the campus for recruitments. The average CTC was 4.50 LPA, and the highest package offered was 9.60 LPA by Wadia Ghandy & Co.
