Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Deemed to be University (KIIT-DU), Bhubaneswar has well-poised campus placement track record for yet another year.

Placements at KIIT has been in top brackets both at National and International level with standing years success by pioneering to its established digital
infrastructure both in academic and industry engagement front. Overall placement conversion was 90% considering all schools.

Placement Highlights of all the schools:

• It is to the tune of 750+ companies from IT, Manufacturing, Consulting, Law, BFSI, Pharma and Fintech sectors that offer jobs across multiple areas of competency visited for campus placements of 5000 plus eligible students and approximately 5585 plus offers were generated. More than 300 top-notch companies of the world with high CTC visit on day zero, recruiting more than fifty percent of the placement aspirants. Overall placement conversion was 94% considering all the whole University. For KIIT School of Technology, 3800 plus job offers were made by about 460 plus companies. Out of these, approximately 1500 were Dream Offers with an average CTC of 8.50 LPA. A maximum of 529 offers were made by TCS. The highest CTC of 51 LPA was offered by Microsoft. More than 350 companies offered CTC of 6 LPA plus, while 52 companies offered CTC of 10 LPA and 25 companies offered CTC more than 15 LPA. Also, more than 1500 paid internship opportunities were generated.
• 161 plus companies visited the KIIT School of Management for placements of MBA & BBA students with a highest CTC of 26 LPA and the average CTC of 9.60 LPA. In total, around 401 plus offers were generated.
• KIIT School of Biotechnology, achieved 96% placement record with with highest CTC of 12.5 LPA. A total of 120 students have bagged the offers where as a
  substantial proportion of students opted for higher studies. Over 30 companies participated in the campus placement drives.
• Over 50 law firms and companies visited KIIT School of Law for placements. Notable law firms such as Wadia Ghandy & Co., Bharucha & Partners, ElpeeCo, and companies like TATA Power, L&T Constructions, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services, Hawkins Cookers Ltd., HNA Associate & Economic Laws practices (ELP) visited the campus for recruitment. The highest package offered was ₹9.60 LPA, and over 70% of the students received career opportunities, with an average CTC of ₹5.00 LPA.
• 51 plus companies visited the KIIT School of Rural Management for the batch size of 130 students. The highest package offered was 8.50 LPA and average CTC was 6.00 LPA. It achieved a record placement of 97%.
