RISE CONFERENCE BY RUGBY INDIA

The RISE Conference organized by RUGBY INDIA on 12th & 13th February 2022 would be held at KIIT – Deemed to be University premises. The list of requirements given here under is for your kind cooperation of all concerned, for the smooth conduct of event.

List of Requirements:-

  1. Date of the event – 12th – 13th February 2022.
  2. Meeting Venue – International Chess Hall, Campus 10 Sports Complex
  3. No of Players & Officials – 76 Approximately (71 Male & 5 Female)
  4. Officials Accommodation – At KIIT Guest House, Kings Palace 14 & Queens Castle 4
  5. Food– By KIIT Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. at accommodation venue.
  6. Transportation – 1 Bus from 11th – 13th February 2022.
  7. Electricity – Power supply & back up and 1 electrician to be deputed on event dates.
  8. ICT – WIFI Connection & 1 technician to be deputed on event dates.
  9. Security – 1 security personnel to be deputed on event dates.
  10. Housekeeping – Personnel to be deputed at Accommodation, Dining & Meeting venues.
