KIIT operates a dedicated fleet of buses connecting various parts of Bhubaneswar with the campus. The service caters to students, staff, and faculty, ensuring timely and safe commuting every day. Morning and evening routes are aligned with class and office schedules.

Each semester, the Transport Office publishes updated route maps and timings. Staff and faculty can apply for a subsidised Bus Pass under the University’s Transportation Policy.

The KIIT campus is designed to be pedestrian-friendly and environmentally conscious. Most academic buildings, hostels, and amenities are within walking distance, while low-emission electric shuttles connect key zones during peak hours. This helps maintain a clean, quiet, and safe learning environment.

• By Air : Biju Patnaik International Airport (BBI) – approx. 12–14 km; taxi and ride-hailing services available at arrivals.
• By Rail : Bhubaneswar Railway Station – approx. 12 km; autos, app cabs, and Mo Bus Route 12 operate towards KIIT/Infocity.
• By Road : The campus lies off the Nandankanan–Infocity corridor, well connected by city buses and cabs.
