KIIT Deemed to be University offers a range of scholarships, stipends and fee relaxation opportunities to encourage meritorious students and support learners across different academic programmes.
KIIT Scholarship Schemes
Various types of scholarships have been instituted by the University for encouraging meritorious students. Different scholarships, stipends and fee relaxations are available at KIIT Deemed to be University.
Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFW) for BPL Card Holder
Seats up to a maximum of 5 percent of the sanctioned intake in the B.Tech course shall be available under the Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme. These seats shall be supernumerary in nature. The waiver is limited to the tuition fee. All other fees, except tuition fees, will have to be paid by the beneficiary.
KIITEE Merit Scholarship
KIIT provides free education to the topper of KIITEE 2025, only for B.Tech. (4 years), if admitted at KIIT. In addition to this, KIIT provides scholarships to the top 1000 rank holders of KIITEE 2025 for B.Tech. (4 years) during their study period at KIIT, subject to fulfilment of criteria, i.e. 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together.
Teaching Assistantship
KIIT has launched a living learning programme for M.Tech students. This innovative programme has been initiated to benefit postgraduate students who wish to supplement their income while being students and gain experience in teaching or research. The number of such awards is flexible and vested with the management of KIIT University.
KIIT International Scholarship
Two students and ten students from each country are provided with full and half tuition fee waivers respectively. A total of 100 scholarships are available. For more details, visit international.kiit.ac.in.
KIIT Merit Scholarship
KIIT Merit Scholarship is provided to the University toppers of each semester based on CGPA for six months.
Prakriti Lamsal Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship will be awarded to meritorious girl students from Nepal studying at KIIT.
Contingency Fund
A contingency fund of ₹50,000 is available for both full-time PhD and M.Tech students.
PhD Scholarship
KIIT Deemed to be University provides a full-time PhD scholarship of ₹20,000 per month.
