Conclaves serve as great platforms for knowledge sharing and co- creation between academia and industry. Each year KIIT School of Management conducts different conclaves i.e. National HR Conclave, National Marketing Conclave and National Finance Conclave where leaders from different areas deliver keynote speeches, participate in different panel discussions and conduct area-specific workshops. These have proved to be a fountainhead of ideas with superb participation from the industry, academia, and students.
