“Economic Outlook: India and World: Post Covid Analysis”

The COVID pandemic has left the word economy in doubt and speculation for future growth. The global economic growth is projected at -4.9% in  2020.In 2021,  the overall global economic growth is projected at 5.4%. This would leave 2021  global GDP 6.5 percentage point lower than pre – Covid  projection of January 2020. As per the forecast of IMF, the Indian Economy is projected to contract by 10.3% in FY 20-21 , the third steepest decline after Spain and Italy and the steepest fall  among emerging markets and developing economies.

At this juncture,  it is appropriate to have  an ” INTERNATIONAL WEBINAR ”  on this issue with distinguished speakers and economists ,  which will provide a guidance for students, researchers thinkers and policy makers.
